A website is not something you launch and forget. Out-of-date plugins, missing backups and a silent outage cost the most precisely when no one is watching. I take that off your hands: I keep an eye on whether the site responds and stays secure, I update it and keep backups, and you look after your business rather than a server. Care comes in three packages: technical care alone, care with SEO, or care with running your social media.
I'm the first to know when something happens
I monitor whether the site responds and check that its files have not changed without your knowledge. You hear about an outage or a suspicious change from me, not from a client who hit a blank page.
Updates and backups on a schedule, not after the fact
I update the system and plugins regularly and keep backups, so after a failure there is something to restore from. It is ongoing work that guards against break-ins through known holes already patched elsewhere.
Three packages, one provider
You can take technical care alone, add SEO (also for AI search engines), or have me run your Facebook and LinkedIn profiles. One company, one invoice, security always included.
A contract and a clear boundary
Before I take on a site, we write down what the package covers and who is responsible for what. If the site processes personal data, we sign a data processing agreement. I act only at the request of the site's owner.

Every package is built on the same technical care. The packages differ in what I add to it. Prices are net, monthly, for a site up to an agreed size.

“Technical care” package
from €60 net a month
Technical care only: monitoring, updates, backups, hardening and a response when something happens. For companies that want to be sure the site works and is secure, and handle the rest themselves.

“Care with SEO and GEO” package
€420 net a month
Everything in technical care, plus SEO for Google and visibility in AI search engines (GEO), and I track whether the site is cited in AI answers. Security is included. A larger content campaign and link building are quoted separately. For companies that want to be visible on Google and in AI answers without looking after the site themselves.

“Care with social media” package
€470 net a month
Everything in technical care, plus running your company profile on Facebook and LinkedIn: two posts a week, one on LinkedIn and one on Facebook, written as expert content. The advertising budget is separate. For companies that want to be present where their clients are and have no time for it.
What technical care covers
- Availability monitoring, with an alert when the site stops responding.
- File integrity monitoring, to catch a change that no one made on purpose.
- Updates to the system, plugins and dependencies on an agreed schedule.
- Regular backups the site can be restored from.
- Basic hardening, a set of safeguards put in place and maintained.
- A response when monitoring detects a problem.
- A monthly report: what I updated, the state of the backups and what happened.
In the base package, content changes and expansion are quoted separately. Whichever package you choose, I also quote the initial audit and post-infection cleanup separately.
Audit and cleanup
- Security audit (initial, one-off): a review of the site and the server for signs of a break-in and known vulnerabilities, ending in a report with priorities. I run it only at the request of the site's owner.
- Cleanup after an infection (per incident): I remove malicious code, work out how someone got in, restore the site from a backup, close the hole and get the site removed from search-engine warnings. After that I propose ongoing care.
When it's worth it
You have a site, whether new or running for a while, and want peace of mind.
We start looking after it right away: I set up monitoring, put updates and backups in order, and from then on I keep it that way.
The site is old and has not been updated in a long time.
We start with an audit, a review for signs of a break-in and known vulnerabilities, with a report and a list of priorities. Ongoing care comes only after that.
The site has been attacked.
First I clean it of malicious code and restore it from a backup, then I propose care so the same thing does not happen again. I carry out the cleanup only at the request of the site's owner.
Proof
I keep my own presence online, the company site and the AI for Everyone blog, on my own server and look after it all myself. I administer the server the sites and tools run on, and I have responded to a real security incident. I show examples in the case studies.
What it costs
Care is a flat monthly fee, net: from €60 for the technical package, €420 for the package with SEO and GEO, and €470 for the package with social media. The initial audit and cleanup after an infection are quoted separately, because that is one-off work. I give the exact figure after a conversation about how large the site is, what state it is in and which package fits.
Frequently asked questions
How is care different from hosting?
Hosting is where the site lives. Care is keeping the site running and secure: monitoring, updates, backups and a response when something happens. Care comes on top of hosting, not instead of it.
Which package should I choose?
If you only want to be sure the site works and is secure, the technical package is enough. If you care about visibility on Google and in AI answers, the package with SEO and GEO is the one. If you also want to be present on social media, there is the package that includes running Facebook and LinkedIn. Security is in each of them.
Does care include content changes on the site?
In the technical package, no. It is technical care, and content changes and expansion are quoted separately, so you do not pay every month for a pool of hours you will not use. The SEO package includes as much content as the SEO work needs, and the social media package includes posts on Facebook and LinkedIn.
Do you guarantee a response time for an outage?
The technical package does not include a guaranteed response time. I respond when monitoring detects a problem. If you need a firm commitment on timing, we arrange that separately.
