[ JT CONSULTING ]
I build company websites, and then I make sure people actually find them.
I run the whole build, from analysis and copy through to deployment on a server. Once the site is live, I look after how it performs in Google and in the answers that AI assistants now give instead of a list of links. You can order all of it, or only the part you need.
Services
I work in modules, so you can order the whole thing or only the parts you need. Everything below is delivered by one person, and that person is me.
Websites
I run the entire build of a website, from analysis and copy through to deployment on a server.
Search visibility
I make sure people find your company in search results, and that language models name it in their answers.
HubSpot implementations
I set up a system that sends inquiries from your website straight into a database instead of an inbox.
Marketing and content
I write articles, expert material and pages built for a particular campaign.
Your own server instead of subscriptions
I build open source tools on your own server, so your data stays with you and the bills go down.

Who I work with
Companies without an in-house marketing team
If you want your website, your content and your visibility handled without hiring anyone, I take it on as an ongoing service. You pay a fixed monthly fee agreed in advance, and the work does not stop when someone leaves.
Companies whose website already exists
If someone else built your site and it simply is not found, that is where I start. I do not have to rebuild what already works. I find what stops search engines and AI assistants from citing you, and we agree who fixes what.
How I work
I agree what has to change before I start building. I work in stages and show results as they appear, and what I set up goes into the repository along the way, so you are not tied to me. What you get at the end is something that works, not a folder of notes.
Step 1 · Analysis
I agree what has to change.
Step 2 · Stages
I work in stages and show results as they appear.
Step 3 · Handover
You get the site with its code, so you are not tied to me.
Step 4 · A working result
You end up with something that runs, not a folder of notes.
The code lives in a repository I share with you on request, so the site can go elsewhere with you.
Selected work

As of August 2026 Smaczaki: a wholesale website for an importer of dog treats
eight pages with a catalog of more than a hundred items, running as a static site on my server, with no database and no software fees. A month passed from order confirmation to launch, and the day after the site opened to search engines its home page was already in the Google index.

Workshop "a second brain with AI": a team organizes its knowledge and publishes its own website
an original one-day course after which every participant has their own knowledge system and a website they built themselves. I last ran it for a project team at Soneta Sp. z o.o., and the feedback forms scored it 5.0 out of 5, with a willingness to recommend of 9.6 out of 10.

As of August 2026 Warwick Legal Network: AI avatar videos and an ebook for law firms
Two educational videos, an ebook with a ready-made matrix of prompts and a page holding all the materials, prepared for the Dubai conference of this international network of law firms. I ran the whole production myself, with no studio and no film crew.

What came out of it
Spretech
A website in three languages and a CRM on HubSpot's free plan, live six days after the pre-implementation questionnaire. Since May 2026 I have looked after its search visibility every month.
Smaczaki
Eight pages and a catalog of more than a hundred items, running as a static site on my server with no database and no software fees. The home page was in the Google index the day after the site opened to search engines.
St. Gianna Beretta Molla Catholic Primary School in Piekary Śląskie
Content migrated to a platform for schools, together with a public information bulletin, an accessibility statement backed by an audit, child protection standards and data protection paperwork. The school has run the site on its own since handover.

Let's talk about working together
About me
My name is Juliusz Tomeczek and I run JT CONSULTING, a one-person company based in Katowice, Poland. I build websites, run servers and set up automation, and I look after how those sites perform in search results and in AI answers. I work in a way that leaves something running behind me, and able to keep running without me.
Knowledge
I write about the things I do every day: visibility in search results and in the answers artificial intelligence gives, and running your own server instead of paying for subscriptions. No jargon, and no promising that one tool will fix it.
- Your own server and open source tools
Comparing and choosing a VPS: what to look at beyond the price
How VPS offers in Poland differ, why the list price rarely equals the actual bill, and which criteria to use when choosing a server. I also break down my own invoice.
- Second brain: your own knowledge system with AI
What a second brain is, and why anyone would want their own knowledge system
A second brain is an external memory that answers questions, not just stores notes. How it differs from a folder of files, and who it makes sense for.
- Your own server and open source tools
What a VPS is, and when your own server works out cheaper than subscriptions
A VPS is your own server in somebody else's data center. How it differs from hosting and from the cloud, what you can actually put on it, what it costs and what it asks for in return.
.blog
Alongside my work with companies I run AI for Everyone, an educational brand with a simple message: artificial intelligence is for everyone, not only for specialists. I write there in plain language about using it in everyday work and in everyday life. If you would like to get comfortable with it without the technical jargon, have a look at the blog.

Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost, and how do you bill?
I run ongoing work for a fixed monthly fee agreed in advance, and I price a build for the project rather than by the hour. I deliberately do not count hours, because the cost should be predictable for you. The amount depends on the scope, so we agree it in conversation.
Do I have to hire someone?
No. I run your marketing, your content and your online visibility as an ongoing service for a fixed monthly fee. Your company keeps talking to the market without recruiting and without the cost of an employee, and that conversation does not stop when the person running it leaves.
Is company data safe when you use artificial intelligence?
That depends mostly on where you keep it, and that choice is yours. I can build open source tools on your own server. Your data then stays with you rather than with an outside supplier, and the subscription bills go down.
What does visibility in AI answers actually mean?
Search engines increasingly answer with a finished text instead of a list of links, and they cite selected pages inside that answer. I prepare a site so that it is fit to be cited, and I check how often search engines really reach for it. Hardly anyone tracks that.
Who owns the site and the code?
You do. The site is yours, and the code lives in a repository I share with you on request, so you can take it elsewhere.
What happens after launch?
Nothing has to. If you want it, I look after the site every month: updates, content, search visibility and a report you actually get. Smaczaki and Spretech both work that way.
Do you work with clients outside Poland?
Yes. The work is remote in any case, so distance changes nothing about how a site gets built or how it is looked after afterwards.
Which language do we work in?
English, throughout: calls, documents and the content itself. The sites I build can run in several languages at once. Spretech runs in Polish, English and German, with the search engine markup that goes with it.
Let's talk about working together
Tell me briefly what you need and I will come back with a proposal for the next step. You will hear from me personally, because JT CONSULTING has no customer service department.
