For a spring manufacturer in Katowice I built a website in three languages together with a CRM on HubSpot’s free plan, and a year later I took the site under ongoing care for its visibility in search.

The client and the task

Spretech J.K. is a spring manufacturer in Katowice, in business since 1985 and selling both to companies and to individual customers, including in German-speaking markets. The company needed a modern website with somewhere for inquiries to land.

What was built

The whole thing runs on HubSpot’s free plan, so the company pays no software subscription: a website in three languages (Polish, English and German), a CRM, and contact forms that send every inquiry from the web straight into the system rather than into an inbox. Six days passed between the pre-implementation questionnaire and a working site, and the following weeks covered content corrections raised by the client.

What came next: search visibility

A year after launch the site became the basis for a further service: since May 2026 I have looked after its visibility in search every month. That covers technical SEO, meaning language versions with correct hreflang markup and Schema.org structured data, running the company’s Google Business Profile, expert articles published in parallel in Polish, English and German, expanding the product pages, and measuring the site’s positions and its citations in answers built on artificial intelligence. A monthly report to the client sums the work up.

What follows from it

HubSpot’s free plan is enough for a small manufacturer to have a multilingual website and a CRM with no license fees. The cost sits in the implementation, not in a subscription.
